about

Loaver is the lastest signing to Stockholm label Rama Lama Records (Melby, Julia Rakel, Steve Buscemi's Dreamy Eyes etc.). However she's not a new face to the family as Linnea Hall, the woman behind the project, also sings in Malmö act Kluster B. After releasing her first EP last year Loaver is back with a new track, "Drömmeri (om döden)" is a memoriam to Linnea's grandmother released on her death day - February 13th.

Linnea on the track:
"Drömmeri (om döden) was originally written for the opera festival in Brescia, Italy, 2018. It’s a pendant to Debussy's Rêverie. My grandmother had recently passed away. As I sat by her deathbed singing Underbart är kort (Wonderful is short) by Povel Ramel on repeat, I decided to write something in Swedish, dedicated to her. The song is basically a live recording from a day in March together with Emanuele Maniscalco (drums and synthesizer) in Poddighe Studio (Brescia, Italy) – now being released in memoriam of grandma on her day of death."

"Drömmeri (om döden)" is the first taste of Loaver's upcoming full-length that will be out via Rama Lama Records during 2020.
